Hands On! - Active in your studies
Would you like to become active alongside your studies, but don't yet know where and how? Then you have the opportunity to find out on 1 July 2025 from 12 noon!
At the "Hands On!" fair in the courtyard in front of the G-building, numerous groups, initiatives and organisations will be presenting themselves where you can volunteer - both directly at the university and beyond. You can find out more about voluntary work in direct dialogue and get the opportunity to get involved yourself.
Whether education, social affairs, environment, culture or politics - there is something for everyone!
The fair offers you the perfect opportunity to make contacts without any obligation, have a relaxed exchange and perhaps find your future volunteer position. Your commitment can not only help others, but also strengthen your own skills, create new perspectives and be your first work experience.

🚨 Important changes in the Study Space!
🔐 Locking system update: Since 01.04.25 your DeliCard no longer works for access to the AStA Stadtcampus. Get your new access card at the Stadtcampus office (Königsplatz 1, 6th floor) or at the AStA Copyservice (ME U 205), both during their opening hours.
🚷 Construction site in front of the entrance? Unfortunately yes.�Unfortunately, the main entrance on the ground floor has not been usable for some time. Therefore, please use the new entrance on the 2nd floor - directly above the old entrance. An explanatory video on how to get there will follow in our story in the coming days!
