Aktion anlässlich des Coming Out Days 2022

Ist Heterosexualität und die Identifikation mit dem bei der Geburt eingetragenen Geschlecht die Norm?
Für viele der lesbischen, schwulen, bi, trans*, inter* und queeren Menschen ist ein Coming-Out noch immer ein großer und mutiger Schritt und es braucht Menschen in der Gesellschaft, die Brücken bauen und unterstützen.
Der Aktionstag findet in Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Landesprojekt blick* zu LSBTIQ* Strukturen im ländlichen Raum, dem AStA Paderborn, der zentralen Gleichstellungsbeauftragten der Universität Paderborn und Queers & Friends, der Studierendeninitiative für queere Menschen an der Universität Paderborn statt.
Unsere Aktion soll über Coming-Outs aufklären und die Themen sexuelle und geschlechtliche Vielfalt sichtbar machen.
Die Angebote richten sich dabei, sowohl an queere Studierende undMitarbeiter*innen, als auch an alle Personen auf dem Campus, um Menschen der LSBTIQ* Communities zu unterstützen und die Gesellschaft zu einem respektvolleren Ort zu machen.
Ihr findet unseren Stand am 18. Oktober von 11.30 bis 14.30 Uhr am Eingang der Bibliothek in der Universität Paderborn

Is heterosexuality and identification with the sex registered at birth the norm?
For many of the lesbian, gay, bi, trans*, inter* and queer people, coming out is still a big and brave step and it needs people in society to build bridges and support.
The action day takes place in cooperation between the Landes-
project blick* on LGBTIQ* structures in rural areas, the AStA Paderborn, the central equal opportunity commissioner of the University of Paderborn and Queers & Friends, the student initiative for queer people at the University of Paderborn.
Our action is to inform about coming out and to make the topics of sexual and gender diversity visible.
The offers are aimed at queer students and staff as well as all queer
employees, as well as to all people on campus, to support people of the LGBTIQ* communities and to make society a more respectful place.
You can find our booth on October 18th from 11:30 to 14:30 at the entrance of the library at the University of Paderborn.
